  • We offer 15 days return policy
  • To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
  1. You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID before sending your returned item back to goldgie&co. Please contact us either by email or phone to receive the return instructions.
  2. If contacting by email: Please email info@goldgieandco.com your order number and the request for a refund or an exchange. We will then email you Return Ticket ID and shipping instructions.
  3. If contacting by phone: Please have your order number ready and call us at 07308788910 to obtain the Return Ticked ID.
  • A Package without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for refund.

RETURNING AN ITEM THAT WAS PURCHASED WITH AN IGI CERTIFICATE
GOLDGIE&CO issues a free Certificate of Authenticity for each diamond jewelry order.
GOLDGIE&CO allows you to add to your order and purchase a third party certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Purchasing a third party IGI jewelry certificate is an optional feature. The exact cost of the certificate is shown while customizing each product, on the shopping cart, and on your invoice. Note that GOLDGIE&CO does not refund the cost of the certificate in case of a return.

RETURN ITEMS FROM USA AND EU:

  1. CUSTOMER NEED TO PAY ALL RETURN CHARGES AND CUSTOM DUTY.
  2. CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING RETURN WITH TRACKED DELIVERY AND FULLY INSURED.

Refunds

  • Once your order is returned, our Quality Assurance team will receive and inspect your item(s) to ensure they are in unworn condition and verify that all promotional gift(s) with purchase are present before issuing a refund.

Refund FAQs

How long will it take to process my refund?
  • Your refund will be processed approximately 5 business days after we receive it.
How will I receive my refund?
  • Your refund will be issued back to the method of payment used in the original purchase, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or any other payment requiring special processing. If the original method of payment was a credit card, you will see the refund reflected on your account within the next 4-7 business days. International bank wire purchases will be refunded in UK according to the exchange rate at time of purchase. Brilliant Earth is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund. GOLDGIE&CO is not responsible for any foreign exchange or other fees that are charged by the customer’s financial institution.
Do I need to include the return shipping authorization number for return?
  • Yes. Packages that are received without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted for refund. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please contact us at +44 7308 788910 to request another return shipping authorization.

Instructions

  1. Start the resize process through our Brilliant Earth Virtual Assistant by clicking on the chat button in the lower right section of your screen, or call us at 800.691.0952.
    • We will email a return shipping authorization number and provide a free FedEx return shipping label.
  2. Pack Your Jewelry. Place your jewelry back in the original packaging.
    • If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it. Place the small FedEx Priority box inside a medium FedEx Priority box.

    • Make sure promotional gift(s) with purchase are included. You’re welcome to keep your complimentary jewelry cleaner.

    • Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes.

    • Write your shipping authorization number on the outside of the box (information can be found in your return confirmation email).

    • Affix the FedEx label to the outside of the box.

  3. Return Your Package.
    • Find a FedEx Staffed location by first searching for your zip code and then filtering to “Shipping assistance.”

    • Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped – this receipt will act as proof of insurance. Brilliant Earth and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx Staffed locations.
